The Shape of Things to Come

We saw that Alana had posted on our hijacked blog that we had framing! Thank you Alana for letting us know. We drove out and saw we had a bit so it is easier to tell the size and shape of things to come.

We stopped by Alana and Alex’s house and knocked but no one answered, perhaps they saw us and said “we don’t want those neighbors!” Seriously though they looked pretty busy.

We have 3 pictures from the front, the path back to the kitchen and me standing in front of the kitchen windows. I can almost see the future of the kitchen with someone else doing all the cooking.

actually we did hear a knock, but we had been unpacking the pod for two hours, were sweating like horses, and I had just coated my shirt in moss from picking up an old concrete garden bench and hauling it to the backyard. Plus our house was packed with all we just unloaded...

so we said "hmmm, best let whoever that is come back later..."

sorry...our vanity reigns right now, as noted previously...

and guess what? looks like they finished your downstairs since you left!

We figured it was something like that or you thought we were the blog police investigating a report of a hijacking.

We have other pics of the downstairs they are just not that visually interesting. It‘s just a bunch of wood beams that blend together to form the frame the rooms. Hopefully next week I’ll be able to take some more interesting pictures.
