Architecture and Animals

Another visit to Agave and more views...

Looking out to the back door where there will be a deck some day!

Carport and dining room, to the right is the front door and window...lots of angles..

Master bedroom at the top with windows and bottom 2 bedrooms on the left.

We went to a friend's ranch (Eight Point Ranch) and we got to see Sapphire, the bottle raised Oryx (she is an African oryx, or gemsbok). They have over 2500 animals on their ranch. Of course Sapphire does not live at Agave but she looks really cool and would go with the architecture. She was bottle raised and they let her out with the rest of his her but she still comes to the car when called by name...

Baby buffalo (they are orange!!) and his mother out at the ranch! I am glad we do have some wildlife at Agave like birds, coyotes, and well who knows what else.

Thats it for this weekend of architecture and animals!

How come the UT mascot isn't a baby buffalo then? They are orange!! What do you call baby buffalos? buffalettes? "Go Buffalettes!" yeah, that's why.

Hey, the angles of your house are super cool. It really is looking like a highly impressive house there. Love it. It's fun watching it come together...and knowing you guys will be neighbors faster than I think we all thought!!

Also, we want oryx. Think the HOA laws would prohibit that? What about giraffes? how does one fly in African baby animals? Let's make it happen.
