We went to a friend's ranch (Eight Point Ranch) and we got to see Sapphire, the bottle raised Oryx (she is an African oryx, or gemsbok). They have over 2500 animals on their ranch. Of course Sapphire does not live at Agave but she looks really cool and would go with the architecture. She was bottle raised and they let her out with the rest of his her but she still comes to the car when called by name...
Baby buffalo (they are orange!!) and his mother out at the ranch! I am glad we do have some wildlife at Agave like birds, coyotes, and well who knows what else.Thats it for this weekend of architecture and animals!
