We went out to Agave to do the punch list for the builders to complete before we close later this week. The list looks large but they assure us it will all be taken care of. There is still a great deal to do before we move in, cable, security, phone, oh and something on some windows!
We went shopping this weekend and picked up some furniture. I was thinking of posting some pix here but instead I’ll just leave it a mystery. You will have to stop by and see it if you want to know.
Since we are so swamped, I think the blog will go dark for a while we prepare for closing and the move. In the mean time check out these cool pictures at a neighbor’s blog to see some of the homes in the new ‘hood.

So here's your update...your home has become somewhat of an attraction since landscaping. People used to stop periodically...last weekend one would have thought you were havin' a party I kept thinking "Oh! David and Deborah are there for the punch list!" then some more random people would get out to tour your home and grounds. Then Sunday I went to pass out the newsletters in the 'hood and a car pulls up, a couple get out and she says "OHHHH! I like this one!!" and he yells "SOLD!" and she said "NO!"
Seriously.
So the good news is if you hate it after moving in, looks like you already have buyers.
Not that we'd allow you to leave or anything.
Good news is we saw another broccoli "planting" happening last week so you are good to go on the vitamins. (disclaimer: I know that makes sense to no one else but David and Deborah will get it.)
